    The rooms really need better soundproofing to drown out event noise and other guests!!! Room temperature control issues affected comfort, so a better system is essential!!!

    Amazing and magnificent location, an easy walk to Riverwalk. Based close enough to the downtown Chicago, a local restaurant for breakfast and so very much-The Magnificent Mile, The Chicago Riverwalk, The Loop, South Michigan Ave.

    Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

    Location: the hotel was just next door to The Langham being able to deliver what the others can't--PEACE and the restaurant and bar. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was awesome and marvellous with really amazing view, Wine plus gym hot food.

    lovely stay at the langham

    The personalized service at the langham made all the difference. I was blown away by the complimentary wine on arrival and the very nice staff were really nice, even securing us a last-minute dinner reservation!

    It was just a fitting option for a brief sojourn in Chicago with great value for the money. The staff was super attentive, especially Axel at the front desk, who helped us find a great restaurant. Check room access hours for the pool ahead of time.

    Every detail impressed. The very nice service began with warm greetings, and the room was beautifully decorated. Don't miss the onsite restaurant for exquisite dining. Future guests should try the fresh cookies left daily and request a city view room for fine sights.

    The suite with lake view had amazing city views, and the large tub made for a nice soak after a long day. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the bed was super comfy with luxurious bedding. Super clean room with tech touches, and the staff was attentive, quick to respond to all requests. The spa facilities were great, with steam room and massage services.

    Staying here was a dream come true! The Suite with Lake View offered amazing vistas of the sparkling lake and city skyline, and the plush bedding. The staff was excellent, especially Chef Concierge Philippe Gills and Alex Yu.

    Really good Luxury with a Few Noise Issues

    The rooms are beautifully appointed and the location is perfect for enjoying the vibrant city life. I did experience noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, unexpected for a five-star hotel. Otherwise, the service and amenities exceeded my expectations.

    I recently stayed for 5 nights in a Suite with Lake View and absolutely loved it, especially the relaxing massages and the heated swimming pool. The only downside was the slow service at the bar, which took a bit longer than I expected. Definitely consider trying the spa treatments. they’re worth it! 😊
